How to calculate International Courier rates?
The courier charges are calculated based on the cargo weight and Volumetric Weight (whichever is higher).
The total courier charges include the following:
- Tariff Rates
- Prevailing Surcharges
- Fuel Surcharge
- GST @ 18%
Note :
- Doctor’s prescription (In English Language), Invoice and Consignee’s Passport are required for Medicine/Supplements shipments.
- Max weight for medicine shipments is limited up to 1 Kg.
- Currently we are Shipping with FEDEX, DHL Courier Partner.
- Maximum value of a shipment has to be less than INR 25,000.
- The charges are not inclusive of the IMPORT DUTY/GST/VAT at the receiving country. The same will vary from country to country and based on the product.
- ODA charges applicable (Out-of-Delivery area): These are the location which are far or in a remote area. This will attract additional transit time considering the distance.

1. Does courier rates include Custom Duty charges?
No, Custom duty fees are not included in shipping quotes and are always in addition to courier charges. Customs fees are calculated by the customs office in the destination country; they cannot be calculated at the moment of shipping.

2. How long would it take for a parcel to receive from India?
