L * B * H (in cms) / 5000 = Volume Weight.

Dimensional Weight (kg) = Length x Width x Height (cm3) / 5000.

As soon as your shipment is picked-up & booked by our staff you will be given Shippers copy bearing tracking number for your shipment. And you can easily track your shipment with this tracking number on our website. You can also track your shipment through DHL tracking tool or FedEx tracking tool alternatively.

No, Custom duty charges are separate from shipping charges and are never included in shipping quote. Custom charges are ascertained by customs officer at destination country and cannot be ascertained at time of shipment. Custom duties are determined by destination country based on type of shipment, value of shipment, content of shipment and more.

All shipment are charged at chargeable weight. Chargeable weight is what the carrier uses to determine the cost of your shipment. It may be either dimensional weight or gross weight, whichever is greater. For example if actual/gross weight of your package is 5 Kg and dimensional weight is 8 Kg, chargeable weight of shipment will be 8 Kg and your shipping cost will be as accordingly.
